This plan includes technical support for all workstations and servers. We will monitor your server(s), network, and work stations. This 24/7 service will allow us to watch every aspect of your server and network to detect, report, and correct problems before they escalate into downtime, data loss, or expensive repair. Issues that we do find will be worked on as soon as possible and all work is included in your monthly fee (excluding software licenses, new equipment, and projects).
